Classes
Vinayasa – practice of linking the breath with the movement with tendancy of faster pace. It uses breath to align body and mind.
Slow Flow – the pace is meditative, we hold poses for longer, stretching is emphasized, but plenty room for building the strength too in longer holds. Good for beginners, but also for calming down / grounding experience. All level class – props and variations / modifications will be provided.
